She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Blommel and Dorothy Blommel; her siblings, Bill Blommel (Mona), Charles Blommel, Sr., Christine Blommel, Betty Glassen (Bob), Mary Ann Glassen (Paul), Marge Maier (Fred), Dorothy Moldenauer (Bill) and David Blommel; her brother-in-law Dave Carter; and her friends, Homer and Liz Lovely.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Carter; her children, Lynn Ziegelbauer (Mike) and Don Carter (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn Ziegelbauer, Elliot, Sophie and Oliver Carter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (4339 Douglas Ave, Racine, WI 53402). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
