He is survived by: his daughter Rosetta Miller; his grandson Arthur Huston; his girlfriend Darlene Johnson; and his siblings, Eric Phifer, Charles Phifer (Sharon) and Barbara Weather (Dyland). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
