He was predeceased by: his parents, Aileen Dunkerly and Homer Dunkerly; his siblings, Dan, James Dunkerly (Jim) and Janine; and his nephews, Ernie Lesher and Troy Lesher.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Johnson; his brother Ernie Lesher; his children, Nichole Thompson, Paul Velaquez, Larry Dunkerly, Rebecca Dunkerly, Felicia Sterling, Forrest Sterling, Kaleb Dunkerly and Cecilia Dunkerly; his daughters-in-law, Rhonda and Persphonie; his grandchildren, Brianna Bigford, Kyarra Bigford, Mikaylah Ballard, Devonnan Nixon, Marilena Velasquez, Oscar Velaquez, Juan Ramos Velasquez, Abel Velasquez, Ember Velasquez, Everly Velasquez, Makayla O'Brien, Tyson O'Brien, Dylan O'Brien, Gracey O'Brien, Santiago E. Rios, Benjamin L. Rios, Anthony F. Rios, Francisco Marquez, Chase and Samaira; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Ellianna, Amilia, Ava, Noah, Harmony, DeLiliah, Adalynn, Amara, Mariana and Miliyah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Strouf Funeral Home (1001 High St, Racine, WI 53402). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
