Joyce E. Cook Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce E. Cook (Racine, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce E. Cook to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry and Elizabeth (Thomas); her sons, Michael and Eugene; her daughter-in-law Eillen; and her sisters, Zarta, Jean, Helen, Mary and Abby.

She is survived by: her son James Cook (Cristina); her daughter-in-law Brenda Cook; and her grandchildren, Josh, Aaron, Abby, Ashley, Niki, Robin (Tom), Lindsey (Evan), Chelsea, Christofer and Cristina. She is also survived by six great – grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Strouf Funeral Home (1001 High St, Racine, WI 53402). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Park (21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI 53182).
