He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Medina; and his siblings, Simon Medina, Jr., Gilbert Medina (Consuelo), Ismael Medina, Reuben Medina (Stacey), Johnny Medina, Irma Gomez (Jose), Cynthia Castro (Jose), Norma Medina and Rachel Medina. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
