He is survived by: his sister Midge Green (Bill); his siblings-in-law, Judy Hewitt and Bob McQueen; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Hewitt, Jeff Green (Jenny Schaefer), Jeni Williams (Ben), Robert McQueen, Megan McQueen Stewart (Ben) and Kelly Kotowicz (Tony). He is also survived by several great nephews, nieces, and cousins.
