He is survived by: his children, Johnny Dunk (Erica), Nicki Jacobsen (Noah) and Ben Dunk (Ashley); his grandchildren, Miles, Lincoln, Aurelia and Jaycen; and his siblings, Julie Nelson (Pete), Eugene Dunk (Dawn), Jerome Dunk (Jean) and Virginia Dunk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
