With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan A. Rather of Racine, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert J. Pokrandt and Florence F. Pokrandt. She is survived by: her significant other Frank Richard Rather; her children, Julie Rather of Racine and John; her daughter-in-law Laura Rather of Waukesha; her sister Dorothy'Lil Sis'Gayhart-Kunz of Oshkosh; and her nephews, Jim Gayhart and Jon Gayhart. She is also survived by family, De Pere, WI; and many nieces, nephews and their families on her husband.
