He is survived by: his wife Julie Salas; his siblings, Hortencia Avila, Stella Sanchez, Rosie Saldana, Joe Salas and Frank Salas; his children, Gene Salas (Spring), Josie Lopez (Mario), Carlos Salas (Heather) and David Salas; his grandchildren, Jessie (Kelly), Heather (Dana), Lacy (Nick), Anthony, Armani, Kodie, Samantha, Julian, James, Jesse, Dave (Sophia), Celese, Grace, Roman, Kayla and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Daemon, Ella, Leo, Braily, Laylin, Acetyn, Hazel, Miles and Vincent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
