He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford B. Flannery and Mary Jane Flannery (Colonna); his son Jeffrey Flannery; his brothers, Barry and Clarence Flannery; his stepson Fred C. Blake; and his son-in-law Kelly Pecha.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J Flannery (McLeod); and his children, Michael Flannery, Lisa Booth (John Booth), Shawn Flannery, Bobbie Pecha and Tammy Schnaare (Jason Schnaare).
