He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem and Carol; his son Anthony Lutkus; and his brother Scott Lutkus. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Kmieciak (Jeff); his sister Michelle Seitz; his niece Amy; his nephew Corey; and his great-nieces, Ashlei and Alexandra. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
