It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Sura (Racine, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James L. Sura to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George and May; and his siblings, Marian Groulek, Donald and Richard Sura.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Sura and Stacy Pfeifer (James); his grandchildren, Ericka Sura, Justin Sura, Dustin Pfeifer, Austin Pfeifer (Annika) and Camerin Pfeifer; and his great grandchildren, Orion and Liam Sura. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CST Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home (803 Main St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
