She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Newman and Edith Pokrant (Richard Pokrant); her husband R. James "Jim" Maresh; her stepfather Richard Pokrant; her siblings, Judy Bebow, Edd Newman and Rick Pokrant; and her parents-in-law, Ray Maresh and Genevieve Maresh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jayme Maresh of Racine and Jodi Bartels (Robert) of Racine; her brother Dennis Newman of Parker, CO; her sister-in-law Vicki Pokrant of Franksville, WI; and her cousin Sharon Tyrolt (Janet Loppnow) of Hayward, WI.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CST Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home (803 Main St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations to the family have been suggested as a memorial in Jackie's name will be established.
