He was predeceased by: his father Donald Frank; his wife Mary; his son Peter; his mother Ruby Dailey Frank; his brother-in-law Steve Egmose; and his father-in-law Stanley Penczykowski.
He is survived by: his son Eric Frank of Racine; and his sister Anne Frank Speed of Houston. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and many longtime close friends.
A wake was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home (4600 County Line Rd, Mt Pleasant, WI 53403). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 5:00 PM and at 6:00 PM.
