She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Triplett and Harold Triplett; and her stepfather Willard Bolton. She is survived by: her cousin Betty Jean Cockrell; her son LeVar Cotton; her foster daughters, LaTanya Klyce and Nasiya; her brother Ajax Triplett (Dorothy); and her close friend Lillie Mae Cameron.
