With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank L. Hedding of Racine, Wisconsin, born in Tomah, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2024 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Hedding and Maxine Hedding; his brother Tom Hedding; and his brother-in-law Tom Costabile. He is survived by: his son Lucas Hedding; and his siblings, John Hedding, Lori Costabile (Tom) and Laura Schwarz.
