She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Wozniak and Frances Wozniak (Wyzgowski); her husband Robert L. Wieczorek; her daughter Kathleen Urbaniak; her great grandchild Matthew Coss; and her brothers, Raymond and Edward Wozniak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Geraldine "Geri" Tobalsky (Gerald), Joyce Wieczorek and Marie Rika (Izet); her grandchildren, Kyle Lawrenz, Alexis Kovacik (Cory), Jennifer Skirmuntas, Scott Tobalsky (Katherine), Julie Tobalsky, Thomas Tobalsky (Heidi), Adivie Rika and Joseph Tobalsky (Tracy); and her sister-in-law Charlotte Wieczorek. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren. four great-great-grandchildren.
