He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. and Mary A. Follensbee (Weese). He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Lees (Wesley); his grandchildren, Noah, Grace and Madisyn; and his siblings, Kenneth E. Follensbee (Dawn), Vicky Hartung (Lance), Steven Follensbee (Kathy), Michael Follensbee and Deborah Gregory (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
