He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Betty Carr Sr. and Minnie Marshall; and his uncle Brian Bailey. He is survived by: his father Ervin Marshall (Lavon); his children, Zamarion Carr and DaNay Kirby; his parent Tresia Carr-Funderburg (Earl); his stepfather Leroy Payne Sr.; his grandparents, William and Cynthia Wilson; his siblings, Twyla Carr-Love (James), Tamara Carr, Brittany Marshall, Lateisha Marshall, Tierra Marshall, Ashante Marshall, Victoria Carr, Taleesha Mangum, Shontaya Mundy and Leroy "Gizzy" Payne Jr.; his grandchild Aubree Kirby; his aunts and uncles, Alice Bailey, Shawnika Newby, Tonie Wilson, Joseph Carr and Scott Wilson; his cousins, Veronica Lezine, Wilbur Saffells and Alicia Harris; his great-nephew Jimmie; and his great-niece NaZiah Gordon. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the CST Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home (803 Main St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
