He was predeceased by: his parent Norman; his siblings, Phyllis Brusha (Christie) and Gerald Elmer (Margie); and his brother-in-law Ronald A. Lessnau. He is survived by: his parent Irma; his spouse Barbara Elmer; his children, Timothy S. Elmer and Kathryn A. Elmer-Brask (David); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Aaron, Samuel and Natalie Brask; and his siblings, Barbara Mair (Glenn) and Daniel Elmer (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
