With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald D. Burant (Racine, Wisconsin), born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Donald left this world on January 4, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Burant and Anna Burant (Turzinski); his wife Mary Burant; and his siblings, Loraine (Ray Armstrong), Bernice (Ralph Eschenbach), Margaret (Leo Adamski), Maryanne (Joe Wozniak), Robert (Charlotte Burant) and Elaine (Louis Gard).
He is survived by: his daughters, Margie Milius (Bob) of Elk River, MN, Jeanne Jones (Doug) of Burnsville, MN and Nancy Margis (Bob) of Racine; his grandchildren, Jessica Matza (Mac), Alex Kissner, Katie Panka (Nathan), Ryan Jones (Ali), Rachel Margis (JP Dentino), Jayme Pham (Anh) and Andy Jones (Taylor Cranfield); his great grandchildren, Ava, Owen Pham, Everett Panka and Hudson Dentino; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Shirley Lucas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2201 Northwestern Ave, Racine, WI 53404). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
