He is survived by: his wife Candice Anzalone; his children, Alexander, Nathaniel, Conner and Josephine; his granddaughter Lilyana; his father Joseph Anzalone; his siblings, John Anzalone (Eileen), Renee Bouwma, Tracy Drews (Steve) and Andrea Anzalone; his stepfather Warren Bergman; his sisters-in-law, Carrie Webber (Justin) and Christy Navarro (Jimmy); and also, Keith and Linda Larrabee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
