She is survived by: her children, Timothy Belter and Christine Koch (Ben); her grandchildren, Phillip Belter (Emily), Laurabeth Belter and John Koch; her brother Dr. David Koenig (Louise); and her sister-in-law Sandy Potter. She is also survived by many other relatives, and dear friends.
