He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elliot and Barbara Jean; and his brother Charles "King". He is survived by: his wife Cathy of University's Art History; his sons, Chariie Perkins (Amy) and Dave Perkins Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Caroline, Anna, Stella and Myles Perkins; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Perkins (Thomas) and William Cann (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
