Charlene Saunders Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Saunders (Racine, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Harris and Dorothy Harris (Johnson); her nephew William Harris; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Harris. She is survived by: her friend Mickey Hoggset; her husband Jerry; her sons, Scott Saunders (Niki) and Todd Saunders (Sandy); her grandchildren, Jackson Bruce, Maya Shay, Saizzi Shay-Saunders and George Saunders; and her siblings, Cathey Moore (Medy Myers) and Bill Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In 2017, they won the Al Behrman Award for contributions to the students and inspiring others to do the same.
