She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin and Pelagia (Pearl); her siblings, Ferdinand (Fred), Dumanowski (Myrtle), Bronislaw Czachorowski (Sonny) and Bernice Gunderson (Eugene); and her friend Florence Guilbault.

She is survived by: her son Paul Suprak (Racine); her daughter-in-law Sandy Suprak; her grandchildren, Margaret Suprak (Matthew Reid), Paula Jedlicka (Pete), Jon Suprak, Sara Millard (Chris) and Stacy Ryan (Sean); her great grandchildren, Kade Cramer, Kollin Suprak, Cole, Owen Jedlicka, Alex Millard, Hannah and Emma Ryan; and also Charity Gutsch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special friend.
