He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Smith and Elizabeth Smith; and his siblings, Barbara, Delores Smith and Willard Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Faye Peck; his sons, David Smith (Kris), Gregory Smith (Holly) and Jeffery Smith (Jodi); his grandchildren, Jessica Hendrickson (Jason), Andrea, Aaron, Haley, Zachary, Peyton and Kaeden Smith; his great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Dade, Graysen and Maryam; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Thielen and Mary Peck. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to either St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church or Oak Park Place Senior Living Oak Creek.
