We bid farewell to Birgit Juhl Winterle (Racine, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 29, 2025 at the age of 85. Birgit Juhl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Einer (Marthine) and Birgit; her brothers, Ove and Henning Larsen; her parents-in-law, Reinhard and Meta Winterle; her grandson Gabriel Winterle; and her in-laws, Reinhard, Richard, Harold, Lawrence, Marlene, Clariss, Anne, Cathy, Betty Jo Winterle, Marshal Merrill (Jerry) and Charles Penner.
She is survived by: her close friend Robert Jay Winterle; her caregiver Birgit; her friend Ellen; her husband Bob; her children, Brian Winterle (Sarah) and Tina Winterle Alpert (Jed); her grandsons, Lars Jacob, Soren Juhl Winterle, Nolan Ace, Caleb Henning and Lilah Eve Alpert; her sister Inger Penner; and her in-laws, Donald, Wally Winterle, Marge Merrill and Carol Winterle. She is also survived by nephews, nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CDT Pentecost Lutheran Church (2213 Coolidge Ave, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
