She was predeceased by: her parents, Margarito Saavedra and Cruz Saavedra; her husband John C. Beckett Sr.; her son John Beckett Jr.; and her siblings, Mickey (Mike Saavedra), Josie Beckett, Lupe Braun and Esther Bishop (Frank Rodriguez).
She is survived by: her daughter Julie; her son-in-law Ravi Velasquez; her grandchildren, Bobby Jr. Bernal (Elizabeth), Brandon Bernal (Clare) and Brianna Bernal; her great grandchildren, Keegan Ray-Bernal, Alana and Mateo Bernal; her sisters-in-law, Gladys Clausen and Betty Istvanek; her caregivers, Annette Carbajal, Nikki and Ruth; her nieces, Jean Holmes and Rose Bequeaith; and her nephew Billy Beckett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the CDT St. John's Lutheran Church (1501 Erie St, Racine, WI 53402). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
