He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Waskowiak and Estella Waskowiak (Ronski); and his siblings, Betty Steeno (Don), Barb Motiff and Richard Waskowiak.

He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Waskowiak and Brian Waskowiak (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Hank and Lola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
