He is survived by: his wife Katharine Kolarik; his children, Nathan (Sara), Jason (Jenny), Corey (Sasha) and Jesse (Regan); his grandchildren, Jillian, Brody, Everett, Ezra, Ella, Evalyn, Brielle, Cohen and Rylan; his siblings, Alan Wesolowski (Mary King), Diane Schwartz (Dave), Geraldine Reed (Dwight) and Jacqueline Solomon (Vince); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Kolarik (Tom Dennis) and Bill Kolarik. He is also survived by his boys, brother and friends.
