He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Bostwick and Donna Bostwick-Faller (Hull); his stepfather Nick Faller; his siblings, Phyllis Verhasselt and Irvin (Linda Bostwick); his nephew Todd Bostwick; and his niece Kathy Bostwick.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Debbie Leverance, Brian Bostwick Flagstaff (Mary) and Wayne Bostwick of Tomahawk, WI.; his grandchildren, Heather Gaedtke (Jacob), Andrew Leverance (Jenn Timm), Jamie Buchholz (Dusty), Courtney Schrek (Colin), Tara Bostwick, Brittani Flynn (Bob) and Tyler Bostwick; his great grandchildren, Summer Gaedtke, Clay Gaedtke, Andrew Brown, Evan Buchholz, Leah Buchholz and Saylor Schrek; and his siblings, Wayne Bostwick (Karen), Carol Gaudette (Larry), Ray Bostwick (Bev), Art Bostwick (Cathy) and Verlin Bostwick (late Dorothy).
