It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Betley of Pulaski, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Blizniak and Mary Blizniak; her husband Bob; her daughter Kathryn Betley; her sister Patsy Blazei (John); her parents-in-law, Stanley and Mary Betley; her siblings, Sophie, Irene and Joe; and her siblings-in-law, Erwin Betley (Lorraine), Leonard Ryba and Evelyn Rovinski (Joseph).
She is survived by: her children, Steven Betley (Christy), Debbie (Dave), Chrissy Magnin (Dan) and Howard; her sister Leona Ryba; and her brother-in-law Raymond Betley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
