C.), Judi Conrad, Vince Simich (Elizabeth) and Las Vegas; her grandchildren, Bradley Santy (Jolene), Lisa Matuszak (Lucas), Amy Sobieck (Jon), Bryan Conrad and Heather Conrad; her great grandchildren, Lea, Brandon, Brody, Mylee Santy, Mason, Maccoy and Lily Matuszak; her former husbands, Kenneth Jacques and John Splan; and her husband Dean Plautz. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
