He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Gwidt and Catherine Gwidt (Zachwieja); his siblings, Ray Gwidt, Florence Gwidt, Gertie Kabara and Martha Wanek; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Kabara, Roman Kabara, Norbert Wanek, Sylvester Maroszek, Vernon Lasecki (Pete), Louis Resch, Harry Resch, Norman Resch, Jim Preston, Melanie Gwidt, Dorothy Resch, Anna Resch, Mary Resch and Dorothy Preston.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Mary Ann Mynsberge (Larry), Yvonne Van Lanen (Rick), Jerome Gwidt (Dutch) and David Gwidt (Dyan); his grandchildren, Heath Mynsberge (Maggie), Hannah Fiedler (Jeremy), Lucas Mynsberge (Hannah), Monica Mynsberge, Jenny Peterson (Jeremy), Wesley Schubert (Dana), Eric Gwidt (Natasha), Jason Gwidt, Gina Bronson, Emma, Madelyn, Sydney, Landon, Lydia and Emerson Gwidt; his stepgrandchildren, Carmen and Mackenzie Van Lanen; his siblings, Regina Maroszek, Betty Kabara, William Gwidt, Janet Lasecki, Pat Gwidt (Gloria), Marilyn Skaletski (Leo), Dick Gwidt (Debbie) and Bob Gwidt; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Resch (Bernice) and Mary Phipps (Elmer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions on social gatherings with the Coronavirus, a private family Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Oratory Institute of Christ the King in Green Bay, the Rev. Canon Antoine Boucheron presiding, followed by burial with military honors by the Pulaski Area Veterans in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Hofa Park.
