He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Micolichek and Julia Micolichek (Wojciechowski); his wife Marilyn Schwartz; his children, Cindy Campshure, David and Dan Micolichek; his grandson Noah Micolichek; his siblings, Robert Micolichek (Evelyn), Patricia Holmes and Eva; and his sister-in-law Yone Micolichek.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Micolichek, James Micolichek and Cheryl Eldredge; his children-in-law, Mae Micolichek and Larry "Fuzzy" Campshure; his grandchildren, Alex Micolichek, Nicole Johnson (Troy), Taylor Micolichek, Ashley Micolichek, Cassie Kukich (Brian), Kylie Micolichek, Hunter Micolichek, Haley Micolichek, Hanna Micolichek, Kody Campshure (Molly), Robert, Dalton and Dillon Eldredge; his brother Raymond Micolichek; and his brother-in-law Robert Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
