He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slezewski and Stella Slezewski (Jurecki); his wife Barb; his siblings, John (Stephi), Bill (Emma), Tony, Daniel (Lorraine), Edward (Shirley), Harry Slezewski (Theresa), Francis Slezewski, Margaret Chars (Bob) and Eleanore Wentland; and his brothers-in-law, Anton Ladowski and Walter Kroll.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Lee Herman; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Tina Slezewski; his grandchildren, Jason Herman (Christina), Kayla Slezewski and Cole Slezewski; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Max Herman; his sister Marian Kroll; and his sister-in-law Judy Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
