She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kaminski and Elizabeth Kaminski (Rozek); her husband Chester J. Kozloski; her daughter Jane; her granddaughter Jessica; her siblings, Frank (Emily), Phillip (Charlotte), Antone, John, Steve (Mae), Stanley, Andrew (Grace), Julia Krerowicz (Leo), Mary Yurek (Joseph), Jenny Pitton (Clifford), Emelia Dunks (Eli), Veronica Butz (Antone) and Florence Kaminski; her parents-in-law, John and Marie Kozloski; her siblings-in-law, Daniel Kozloski (Vivian), Lucille Drzewiecki (William) and Dorothy Diederich (Kenneth); and her close friend Joe Werchek.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Marie Charniak (Daniel); her granddaughters, Tina Lampe (Sarge), Mary Wentland (Wade) and Amy Rivett; her great grandchildren, Jake, Brock Lampe, Josie, Jadyn Wentland and Kristen Rivett; her siblings, Dorothy Mroczynski and Chester Kaminski (Dawn); her siblings-in-law, Delores Kaminski, Helen Kaminski and Richard Kozloski (Dorothy); her friends, Kim Stone, Joel and Shena Stone; and also Dorothy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Guests will be required to wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines.
