As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Vogt and Johanna Vogt (Spritke); his parents-in-law, Ed and Ann Wirtz; and his brother-in-law John Wirtz.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wirtz; his son Benjamin Vogt (Hilary); his sister Debra Winkler (Rick); his uncle David Spritke (Heather); and his siblings-in-law, Peter Wirtz (Connie), Daniel Wirtz (Kim) and Joanne Wirtz (Pat Boex). He is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Marnocha Funeral Home (186 E Pulaski St, Pulaski, WI 54162). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Oratory (211 N Maple Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303).
