He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Folkman and Elma Folkman (Specht); his children, Jolene Beaudoin and Gavin; his great grandchild Devin Eggert; his sisters, Arly Buntrock, Elaine Buchholz (Rueben) and Bev Anderson (John); and his friends, Phillip, Bueleh Ann Oskey, George and Kathleen Brennand.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Zeugin-Sariego; his children, Crystal (Mike), Debra Reinhardt (Chuck), Sun Prairie, Darren "D. J." Folkman (Lisa), Marla Vaile, Green Bay and Shannon Folkman (Lori); his son-in-law Dan Beaudoin (Becky); his brothers, Bill Folkman (Florence) and Jim Folkman (Kathy); his brothers-in-law, Terry Sariego, Ronald Sariego (Sharon) and Bob Buntrock; and his cousin Nelda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
