He is survived by: his son Jeff Johnson (Katie); his grandchildren, Liam, Nora and Veda; his sisters, Pam Kornaus, Green Bay and Robin (Steve); his siblings-in-law, Tom Zelzer (Bonnie) of Green Bay, Jim Zelzer of Green Bay, Mike Zelzer (Karen) of Green Bay, Pat Zelzer (Jill) of Green Bay and Cindy Marshall; his pet Topper; his wife Susan A. Johnson; his father-in-law Myron Zelzer (Rita); his brother Lyle Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Kornaus, Bob Zelzer, Steve Zelzer and Carol Zelzer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dennis' name.
