Delroy L. Mayer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delroy L. Mayer of Pulaski, Wisconsin, born in Collegeville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Mayer and Olga Mayer (Mumm); his son Michael Delroy Mayer; his siblings, Robert "Bud" Mayer (Ann), Don Mayer (Bernice), Lou Blais (Fran), James Mayer, Lil Mayer (Louie), Carol Mayer and Ken Mayer; his parents-in-law, Bill and Elizabeth Theis; and his siblings-in-law, Aldi Dahl, George Holthaus, Bob Theis and Mary Ann Regouski.
He is survived by: his wife Lenora; his children, Linda Mucha (Mike), Wayne Mayer, Lori Deneys (Steve) and Brian Mayer (Cindy); his daughter-in-law Tracy Gerondale (Kelly); his grandchildren, Bill Curnutte, Kathryn Elertson, Brittany Kasten (Cole), Kris Deneys (Amanda), Molly Mayer, Mallory Grogan (Sam), Mariah Mucha, Abby Mucha and Sophie Gerondale; his great grandchildren, Hadley Elertson, Elise Kasten, Collin Deneys and Violet Deneys; his sisters, Virginia "Gin" Dahl, Dorothy Theis (Ken) and Donna Little; and his siblings-in-law, Georgie Holthaus, Jan Theis, Sherry Mayer and Dave Regouski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, USA). A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Oratory (211 N Maple Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303).
