He is survived by: his wife Linda Prokash; his children, Paula Boerschinger (Dale), Pamela Blazei (John) and Dean "Cork" Van Dreel II; his grandchildren, Waylon Clark, Brooke Clark, Triston Hendricks, Emilee Hendricks, Lucas Hendricks, Mercedes Drew (Adam) of Dean and Van Dreel III; his children, Michael Boerschinger, Matthew Boreschinger, Lynn Vogeltanz (Scott), Kari Blazei, Taylor Schwarm, Kara, Kyle and Jacob; his sister Diane Ditzman (Neil); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Van Dreel, Sandy Van Dreel, Judy Reimer (Dennis), Barbara Resch, Michael Prokash (Sandra), Cathy Meyer (David), Tim Prokash (Linda), Bill Prokash (Linda), Jack Breitenfeldt (Vicki), Bruce Breitenfeldt (Cheryl) and Scott Prokash (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
