He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Tobin and Eleanor Tobin (Lindeman); and also, Raymond and Bertha Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carlson; his daughters, Tracy Tobin (Ryan De Fever) and Wendy Johnson (Paul); his siblings, Corrine Doege of Canton, OH and Jim Tobin (Bev) of Marquette, MI; and his brothers-in-law, David Carlson and Keith Carlson (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Guests will be required to wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines.
