He is survived by: his brother Eugene "Nick" Nickodem (Gladys); his half-brother LaVern Zuleger (Arlene); and his nephews, Robert Nickodem (Ann), Scott Zuleger, Clint Zuleger (Stacey), Chad Zuleger (Sara), Craig Zuleger (Katie) and Kevin Zuleger (Amanda). He is also survived by great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends.
