He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kadrlik and Lorraine Kadrlik (Brock); his grandparents, Vencl, Anna Kadrlik (Bednar), William and Rose (Jankovitz); his sisters, Kathleen Kadrlik and Barbara Karr; his nephews, Wade Kadrlik and Benjamin Kasper; and his niece Laura Deprez.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Kaminski; his children, Amy Harger (Shane Wallenfang) and Stephen Kadrlik; his grandchildren, Trysten and Ava; his siblings, Robert Kadrlik (Sandy), Judy Kasper (Paul), Marge Bukowiec (Robert), Louise Sowatzka (Gary), Viola Deprez (Cliff), Michael Kadrlik, Mary Jo Kyles (Doug), Patty Rousseau (Gene), Joseph Kadrlik (Kathy) and Frances Kadrlik; and his friends, Mark Harger and Jason Czarapata. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Guests will be required to wear a mask and respect social distancing guidelines.
