He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex and Monica Hieronimczak (Grzelak); and his siblings, Jean Ziolkowski (John), Alice Galkowski (Zigmund), Helen Hieronimczak, Stanley Hieronimczak (Dolores), Henry Hieronimczak, Irene Burmeister (Orville) and Edward Hieronimczak.
He is survived by: his sister Dolores "Dorothy" Jarosinski (Walter); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hieronimczak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
