He was predeceased by: his father Wayne H. Belke; and his former wife Marianne Morris. He is survived by: his mother Janice Belke (Sutrick) of Phoenix, AZ; his daughter Emily E. Belke of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Mark Belke of Las Vegas, NV and Angela Belke Dooley of Phoenix, AZ; his niece Christina E. Dooley; his nephew Quentin D. Dooley; and his godparents, Edwin Sutrick and Judy Wagner (Belke). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
