He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keel and Henrietta Keel; his son Douglas Keel; and his siblings, Abe, Elsie May and Mary Anne Buschkopf.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Schmidt (Church); his daughters, Kathy Sunderland (Victor), Linda Napralla (Dan), Cindy Duerst (Donn) and Mary Jo Soldner (Scott); his daughter-in-law Rachel Longseth; and his brothers, Robert Keel (Shirley) and John Keel (Sandy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
