He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Stark and Luella Stark (Simon); his wife Judith Ann Boardman of Kansas City, MO.; and his siblings, Donald and Mary Fierke.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rene Stark and Amanda Matzek (Michael) of Prescott; and his grandsons, Bennett and Jackson Matzek. He is also survived by two great-nieces, seven great-nephews, one great great-niece and five great great-nephews.
